The Red Sea offers comfortable water temperatures all year round, making Dahab a perfect freediving destination in every season.

A 3mm wetsuit is usually sufficient in summer, while a 5mm wetsuit is recommended in winter, especially for longer sessions or depth training.

There is no need for intense or extreme preparation before coming to Dahab.
We recommend focusing on general fitness, relaxation and breath awareness rather than pushing breath-hold performance.

Light cardio activities, stretching, mobility work and gentle breathwork are ideal. Avoid aggressive apnea training shortly before your trip, as recovery and freshness are key for safe progression.

Arriving well-rested, relaxed and open-minded is the best preparation for your freediving journey.

If you already are a beginner freediver we can also provide some exercices to train before your arrival

Our price includes everything you need for a smooth and enjoyable training experience: sessions at Lighthouse Bay, DAN insurance, and full freediving equipment.
If you wish to train at the legendary Blue Hole, we will simply add the taxi and entrance fees — so you can focus on the experience, not the logistics.
