FREEDIVING EQUALIZATION COACHING

WHAT and WHY

You can no longer equalize past 5 m? Do you squeal or make noise when you equalize ? Do you feel empty at 30 m? Do you swallow your mouth‑fill?

EQ coaching is designed for all freedivers, from beginners to advanced freedivers!

If you want to improve your equalization skills with clarity, efficiency and confidence, you are in the right place !

Whether you are struggling with equalization, aiming at diving deeper, or simply want to refine your technique, EQ coaching provides a focused and structured approach tailored to your needs.

Sessions can take place in the water, on land, or online, allowing you to work on equalization in a way that fits your training routine and experience level.

IN‑WATER EQUALIZATION COACHING

Price: 45 € / session

In‑water EQ coaching focuses on equalization techniques applied directly during dives.

Sessions are conducted in real conditions, allowing us to observe your equalization, body position and timing throughout the descent. Feedback is given between dives, helping you adjust technique and awareness progressively.

This format is ideal for freedivers who want to work on EQ in depth while being guided and supported in the water.

DRY EQUALIZATION COACHING

Price: 35 € / session

Dry EQ coaching takes place out of the water and focuses on understanding and improving the mechanics of equalization.

Sessions include explanation of techniques, awareness exercises and controlled practice, allowing you to build a solid foundation without the pressure of depth.

This format is particularly useful for freedivers who want to troubleshoot specific issues or prepare for in‑water training.

ONLINE EQUALIZATION COACHING

Price: 35 € / session

Online EQ coaching is designed for freedivers who want professional guidance regardless of their location.

Sessions are conducted online and focus on analysing your equalization challenges, refining technique and providing personalised exercises to integrate into your training.

This option works well for ongoing support or follow‑up between in‑water sessions.

MEET THE TEAM

A male freediving instructor

Salim Co-Founder

It was during a post-Covid trip to Asia that I experienced my first freedive. I left everything behind to become a freediving instructor, with a strong focus on safety and efficient equalization. Today, I guide students into depth with calm and awareness, helping them move serenely through this immensity, release apprehension and build confidence. My wish is to help you experience the same sense of freedom that drives me on every dive.

A female freediving instructor

When I discovered freediving, I discovered a strength within myself that I never knew existed. The strength to move beyond my own barriers, fears and limits. Diving became the healthiest and most effective therapy I could imagine. As a freediving instructor, Oxygen Advantage coach and menstrual cycle awareness coach, I now extend this journey into teaching, helping others find balance, performance and self-understanding. The adventure begins here.

THE METHODE

Our approach is built around one essential constant: acceptance and room for error.
In freediving, sustainable performance does not come from perfection, but from balance.

This is why our method is based on three fundamental pillars:
self-confidence, technique, and relaxation.
These elements influence every dive, every progression, and every performance.

It is rare for all three to be at their peak at the same time.
The goal is therefore not to control them perfectly, but to ensure that their interaction remains stable and reliable over time.
A system that is too rigid, too complex, or too finely tuned leaves no space for error — and this is often where limitations and blockages appear.

We guide you in developing practical tools that allow you to adapt, recover, and continue your dive even when conditions are not optimal.
In this way, you learn to reach your full potential safely, with clarity and confidence.

To this day, this approach has consistently proven effective — for both beginner and advanced freedivers.

LIGHT HOUSE

The beating heart of Dahab

End of a freediving session in Lighthouse bay, Dahab

Right in the center of Dahab, Lighthouse is one of the most iconic freediving spots in the world.
Just a few fin kicks from shore, the sandy entry opens into a stunning drop-off — the perfect training ground for all levels.

The site offers depths from 5 to 50 meters, making it ideal for everything from beginner courses to advanced deep dives. The visibility is usually crystal clear, and the gentle slope allows easy buoy setup close to shore.

BLUE HOLE

The jewel of Dahab

Freediving training session in Blue Hole, Dahab.

The Blue Hole is more than a dive site — it’s a legend. Located just north of Dahab, this natural sinkhole drops straight into the deep blue, reaching over 90 meters of depth only a few meters from shore.

The descent is vertical and the silence absolute.

The Blue Hole is suitable for experienced freedivers who want to train in depth and focus on technique, equalization, and relaxation. Morning sessions have beautiful conditions filled with light — perfect conditions for deep, peaceful dives.
